Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your trust in Clinique ICON.
We would like to inform you of our refund policy, established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec.

🛍 In-store purchases (at the clinic):
In accordance with current legislation, no refunds are offered for services or treatment plans purchased in-store.
However, for any cancellation made within a reasonable timeframe before the start of the treatments, a credit for the amount paid may be issued to your file, with no expiration date. This credit is transferable to other services or products offered at the clinic.

📦 Remote purchases (online or by phone):
In the case of a remote purchase, the consumer may benefit from a cancellation right within 10 days.
If the appointment is cancelled outside the 48-hour window, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the total value of the service.
Clinique ICON ensures that it respects these obligations in all its communications.
